There are several ways you can contribute to the mission of North Carolina Historical Records Online (NCHRO).  Please contact us is you have any questions or would like more information.  NCHRO is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt non-profit.  Contributions are tax deductible as allowed by law.

SCANS OF DOCUMENTS YOU OWN

If you have original documents of interest to North Carolina genealogy and history, please consider scanning or photographing them for inclusion on one or more of our websites. We will consider also scanning them for you on a case-by-case basis.

DVDS OF MICROFILM FROM THE STATE ARCHIVES OF NC

The State Archives of North Carolina (SANC) will digitize any microfilm reel to DVD for a fee of $16. If you have any of these DVDs we would love to have them on our website. If there are reels you would like to have digitized and put online, we can assist in that but we would retain the DVDs.  Click here for more information

MONETARY CONTRIBUTIONS

Monetary contributions are welcome, and will be used for digitizing microfilm reels from SANC, paying for the costs of hosting our websites, and other expenses incurred in pursing our mission.  NCHRO is an all volunteer organization with no paid staff.
